1. Subscription Structure

I offer multiple subscription plans based on research categories, duration and the level of insights provided. All plans are priced according to SEBI guidelines and include:

• Equity research reports

• Market outlooks and sectoral insights

• Investment strategies and analytical commentary

• Access to periodic updates as per the chosen plan

The fee for each service is communicated to clients prior to onboarding. No plan is activated without explicit consent and acknowledgment of the pricing.

2. Mode of Payment

Payments can be made through:

• UPI

• Net Banking

• Debit/Credit Cards

• Other payment gateways listed at checkout

All payments are collected only in the name of the registered entity, as mandated by SEBI.

3. GST & Taxes

All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be added as per Government norms.

4. Price Changes

I reserve the right to revise the pricing of our services periodically. However:

• Clients will be notified in advance

• No additional charge will apply to an ongoing subscription

5. No Commission-Based Revenue

As per SEBI rules, I do not receive any commission, brokerage, or incentives from third parties.
Our only revenue is through research subscription fees, paid directly by clients.
